We are a small charity led by volunteers and we appreciate you contacting us.

Please allow us to help you by giving us as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 4 working days’ notice for all requests for transport. If your journey is less than this please try to change your appointment as our volunteers are doing their best to support you at this busy time.

We are only able to deal with requests during our office hours:

Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

A Safe And Reliable Service

When booking a journey, you will be asked some questions to determine if you are displaying Covid-19 symptoms. If you are, unfortunately we will not be able to book the journey.

All passengers will be required to wear a face covering, which we can provide if necessary. Anyone unable to wear a face covering will be referred to another service. Our volunteers will be carrying out strict cleaning regimes in-between journeys to make sure everyone is safe.

Our volunteer drivers can take passengers to medical appointments at hospitals, GP surgeries, chiropodists, opticians and dentists. And to social inclusion journeys to engage with groups and activities, including brunch clubs and transport to day care.  Areas covered: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Southam, Alcester, Studley, Wellesbourne, Shipston-on-Stour, Rugby and the surrounding villages.

Friendly and Affordable

All our volunteer drivers are DBS checked, referenced and carry Vasa IDs.  Clients pay our volunteer drivers 45p per mile and a £3 admin fee to cover arranging the booking and help us sustain the service. The fees can be paid by credit/debit card or in cash to the driver on the journey day. Invoicing may be possible, so please ask for details. We always try and find a driver as close as possible to the passenger's address. 

Our drivers may be able to wait if needed, which is included in the cost of the booking. But if your appointment takes longer than two hours, please let us know and we’ll arrange a later pick up.
