Supporting Groups
VASA provides a range of services to support and grow voluntary and community organisations. This includes help with:
- setting up a new group
- identifying funding sources
- completing funding applications
- mentoring and training on governance and the role/responsibilities of trustees
- recruiting volunteers
VASA can also help with
- book-keeping
- payroll
- finalising year-end accounts and
- advice and practical assistance on a range of other financial management activities.
Groups can use VASA’s address as their address for £40 a year - and we also offer a complete mail forwarding service for an extra £60 a year.
VASA has centrally located space and facilities, including meeting rooms available for meetings or training from four to 40 people. Also available is rehearsal space and free parking by arrangement.
