Room Hire @ Arden Court

VASA has two meeting rooms available to hire at Arden Court.

The smaller meeting room will sit 4 people around the table.  The cost is £5 per hour for voluntary and community groups (£25 day rate) and £10 per hour for commercial organisations (£50 day rate)

The larger meeting room will comfortably sit 10 people around the table.  The cost is £10 per hour for voluntary and community groups (£50 day rate) and £20 per hour for commercial organisations (£100 day rate).  The larger meeting room includes drinks’ making facilities (kettles, crockery and cutlery), although users must provide their own tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar etc. etc.

The rooms are available to hire during our office opening hours, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm. 

Each room includes two free parking spaces.  Additional parking is available (at the user’s cost) in the public car park adjacent to Arden Court.
