Warwickshire County Council, through the Public Health team, made a commitment in its Public Mental Health Strategy for Warwickshire 2014-16, to a renewed focus on suicide prevention. As part of our planned work, we would like to survey the third sector to determine your experiences of working with people who are feeling suicidal, or who have been bereaved through suicide, and your thoughts about what would be helpful to address this moving forward. This information will then be used to inform the development of a new Suicide Prevention Framework for Warwickshire to be produced during 2015-16.
Below you will find a link to a survey monkey which should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete – closing date for submission is Tuesday 30 June 2015. Please also forward this survey link through to other colleagues or organisations in your local networks, as we would like to encourage a wide range of replies as possible.
Thank you for your support with this important piece of work – your responses will directly help to shape the plans for Suicide Prevention in Warwickshire.
If you would like to find out more about our plans and additional work that is underway in this area, please do contact me.
