Would you like to come on a FREE course to learn about myGRaCE, a website designed to help you find out more about your mental health, wellbeing and personal safety – and how to manage them?
 
• What affects my mental health, wellbeing and safety?
• Why do I feel like I do?
• How can I explain how I feel to others?
• How can I get help
• What can I do to feel better?
 
On these courses you will look at all these questions and more through teaching, discussion, case studies, and learning to use the myGRaCE website (see www.gracementalhealth.org)

Where: The IT Suite, Brunswick Hub, 98-100 Shrubland Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 3BD

When: Courses run on Wednesday mornings 10am – midday, and the next two available dates are Wednesday 17th and 24th August.
