Warwickshire County Council (WCC) has been developing Extra Care Housing (ECH) since the first scheme opened in 2010.

Currently there are 8 schemes for those aged 55+ in operation with a ninth scheme under construction and a further number of schemes in the pipeline.

Currently there are no ECH schemes designed specifically for people living with dementia in Warwickshire.

WCC now wants to explore the options that could be made available and is seeking to engage with the housing and/or care provider/developer market with regard to how this could be progressed, and with this in mind would like to invite you to take part in this market testing exercise, which is being undertaken prior to launching a full procurement process.”

Please find attached Market Testing pack and Appendices.
