Possible Grant Opportunity

There is currently no planned Area Based Grant funding for 2010/11 but the Local Strategic Partnership has resolved to prepare a number of projects that could achieve the County Council’s “Narrowing the Gap” agenda so that if funding does become available, the Voluntary and Community Sector in Stratford on Avon District is ready to submit a bid.

The Local Strategic Partnership (Stronger Communities) will be meeting on 4th December to evaluate project ideas and prepare a single proposal to present to the Local Strategic Partnership Core Group by the end of December. If you have any ideas or projects that fit within the “Narrowing the Gap” agenda, please send them by email to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) before the 4th December. There is no need to prepare a detailed submission, ideas and a basic budget are all that are required at this stage.
