Collaboration Support Skills for Development Workers
A two day training course on 15th and 26th Feb aimed at development workers working in the voluntary and community sector who want to support collaborative working amongst their frontline groups. The course will cover good practice in facilitation and enabling collaborative working, the benefits and challenges of collaborative working, critical success factors involved in collaborative working and the policy context which is driving collaborative working.
